What we collect

• Christmas-page results: using the same advertising choices, Merry Little Learning stores a random visit reference, arrival time, campaign labels from ad links and whether that visit led to a newly saved freebie signup within 30 minutes. No email, name, full URL or IP address is stored in this report. Results are private to signed-in workspace members. Visits are page arrivals, not unique people; unlabelled links cannot identify which ad brought a visitor.
• Email sign-up: your email, so we can send the free Santa letter and product and seasonal updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Orders: payments are handled by Stripe. We receive your email and order details for receipts and order help; we never see your full card number.
• Advertising measurement: Meta (Facebook/Instagram) receives public page URLs, browser and device information, IP address, advertising cookie identifiers, successful email-signup events, and confirmed purchases with their actual paid amount and currency to measure and optimize our ads. Purchase reporting uses a separate confirmation page with an opaque event identifier, never an order-access token. We do not send your name, email, selected grade or private order links for customer matching. Payment and private download pages are excluded from browser advertising measurement.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message, or ask us to delete your sign-up. Advertising measurement stays off in consent-required or unknown regions until you accept. Elsewhere it may run unless you reject it or your browser signals an opt-out. Open Cookie settings in the footer to reject or withdraw at any time. Your browser stores a visitor identifier, the notice version, region, timestamp and choice history as evidence; withdrawing preserves the previous acceptance record. Clearing browser storage removes those records. Email updates and advertising choices are separate.

Digital downloads

After payment is confirmed, your PDF download buttons appear on the order page. The link works in the browser you used to check out for 30 days — please save your files right away.

Refunds

Because these are instant digital downloads, sales are generally final. If a file will not open, is missing pages or you were charged twice, contact us using your receipt and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.

Proposed licenses

Proposed: a household license covers one family; a classroom license covers one teacher’s single classroom. Final license terms are pending. Please do not share or resell the files. Materials are supplemental, not a complete curriculum.
